SUP Yoga

Trying a Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga class is a great way to shake things up in your practice. Not only do you get a vast change of scenery, but getting on the board adds an element of fun and playfulness that we sometimes forget on our mats. You do not need to be an experienced yogi or paddleboarder, just bring an open mind to try something new!
